Jamie
studio assistant & instructor
Jamie has been a student of yoga for over a decade turned yoga instructor, with the belief that every day is an opportunity to choose peace and positivity. She brings this awareness to each class and will guide you to be fully in the moment and connected to your breath. Her purpose is to cultivate a Yoga lifestyle for herself and others. She believes when you carve out time for yoga, you deepen your awareness within. She wants all her students to come to the idea that “It’s not about doing yoga, it’s about being yoga” living it off the mat and to know it’s a work IN and not a work OUT!
Jamie draws inspiration from dance and mixed martial arts which allows her to get creative with her classes. She finds a good playlist a perfect combination to bridge movement and emotion on the mat. Some of her hobby’s are dance, being in nature, reading, and doing crafts.
Jamie looks forward to sharing space and guiding you through a dynamic flow filled with fun transitions and strength building sequences.
