

Move, Breathe, Flow
At Flow Haus, we offer a variety of yoga experiences designed to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to energize, restore, or deeply connect with your body. Each class is guided by expert teachers and paired with thoughtfully curated music to create a truly immersive practice.
Daily Practice
Our take on a traditional yoga flow - this class connects movement and breath through continuous flow and held poses. Emphasizing a deep mindful exploration of the body and the use of props, makes this class accessible to all levels.

Yin Yoga
This class is slower and more meditative. Using yoga props, the focus is on the deeper tissues of the body through extended holds of postures to help find more length, range of motion, and flow of energy.

Restorative Yoga
This class is designed to be slow-paced and relaxing, with poses held for several minutes. The use of props such as blocks, bolsters, straps, and blankets facilitates the body and mind to soften and return to a state of balance and relaxation.

Community Class
Offered on select days - Take a Daily Practice or Yin class for only $10. If you have another class package, you can also book these classes with it

Flow & Restore
This class combines the dynamic movement of a flow class with relaxing poses. Leaving students feeling balanced between effort and ease.
