Who we are

At Flow Haus we believe that yoga is a deeply inclusive practice, inviting newcomers and seasoned yogis to explore its transformative potential.  We intentionally created a space where students and teachers can unite to grow physically and spiritually, on and off the mat. Our Daily Practice Classes are the heart of our schedule. They’re a traditional yoga flow that connect breath to movement and are facilitated by teachers that strive to hold space from a place of love.
